Do you require a security deposit?
No! At Greystone Storage of Orwigsburg, we want to keep your move-in costs as low as possible. We do not require a security deposit to rent a unit.
How long do I have to sign a lease for?
We offer flexible, month-to-month leases. We understand that your storage needs can change, so we never lock you into a long-term contract. You store for as long—or as short—as you need.
Can I rent a unit online?
Yes. You can complete the entire rental process from your computer or smartphone. Our online software allows you to view available units, sign your lease, and pay your bill. You can move in without ever visiting the front desk!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and debit cards. For your convenience, we also offer Auto-Pay, so you never have to worry about missing a payment or a late fee.
When can I access my storage unit?
We offer 24/7 gate access to all our tenants. Whether you are an early riser or a night owl, you can get to your belongings whenever it suits your schedule.
Where is Greystone Storage located?
We are conveniently located at 1438-b Centre Turnpike, Orwigsburg, PA 17961. You can find us directly along Route 61, making us a quick drive from anywhere in Schuylkill County. (We were formerly known as Pinedale Storage).
Do you have drive-up units?
Yes! All of our units offer drive-up access. You can pull your car, truck, or moving van right up to the door of your unit for easy loading and unloading. No stairs, elevators, or long hallways to navigate.
Is the facility secure?
We take the security of your property seriously. Our facility is monitored by digital video surveillance cameras recording 24/7. Additionally, our grounds are well-lit to ensure visibility and safety at night.
Do you offer tenant protection plans?
Yes. While we do everything we can to keep the facility safe, we highly recommend protecting your valuables. We offer Tenant Protection Plans to give you extra peace of mind regarding the items you store with us.
